PikMyBook is a fully non-profitable platform. Our intention is to deliver free books for needy people within India.
We may charge for
- Price tagged books.
- Delivery Charges
- Packing Charges
Refunds
We can cancel/refund your order if you reach us for cancellation/refund withing the 24hrs since you paid. You can email us for refund/cancellation at: [email protected]. or call us @ +91 9573747106. We cannot refund/cancel your order once the product is shipped/delivered as we will use your order amount to packing and shipping only.
Gifts
You can donate books to us to place on our platform. We will deliver for people who ordered on our website.
Shipping returns
We don’t spend our money on shipping. The customer need to bear the delivery/shipping charges. To avoid bulk charges, we are using Indian Post for delivery. You can suggest us which type of delivery you want before we started shipping. Customer has to pay any extra charges on delivery charges. i.e. packaging charges, etc.

We deliver your order within the 5-7 business days since we receive your order.
